On Friday, April 24, 2026, the Smart-EDU Hub will host Gerhard Hammerschmid, Professor of Public and Financial Management at the Hertie School, for a Meet & Greet session. Prof. Gerhard Hammerschmid founded and led the Centre for Digital Governance from 2019 to 2023. His work focuses on public management reform, comparative public administration, public sector performance, and the impact of digitalisation on government. He has coordinated and contributed to several major EU-funded projects on public sector innovation and digital transformation, and has extensive experience advising high-level policymakers and public sector leaders. |
