- Impact studies on E-Gvernment and Smart Cities (ISEGOV) following Hands on Keyboard - (Call re-opened)
Impact studies on E-Government and Smart Cities examine the development and effectiveness of digital platforms used by local governments to deliver public services. These studies often analyze the extent to which municipalities, such as those in Romania, have adopted electronic management strategies. Through quantitative assessments of official websites and qualitative interviews with IT department officials, researchers evaluate the functionality and accessibility of these platforms. The findings provide insights into the readiness of both governments and citizens to embrace innovative digital tools, highlighting the need for not only well-developed platforms but also "smart citizens" to fully leverage these services.
